All small orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail First Class packet post, aiming for prompt delivery within 1 working day. Any larger orders exceeding £27.00 in plant value will generally be dispatched using Parcel Force Next Day; a signature will be required upon delivery.
To ensure a successful first delivery attempt, we would be grateful if you could specify any special delivery instructions in the Notes section at stage of checkout. Examples include if out, please leave the parcel in the porch/greenhouse or with a neighbour.
To prevent plants being delayed in the weekend post, we only dispatch plants Monday to Thursday, aiming to dispatch all orders within 5-working days. At stage of order confirmation, we always confirm an estimated dispatch and delivery date by e-mail within 24-hours.

Regrettably, our postal charges have seen a heavy increase in 2012 following the April 2012 price increases by Royal Mail. We try to keep our postal charges as competitive as possible, however please appreciate the continued increases by Royal Mail remain outside of our control.
Please contact us promptly with regards to any non-deliveries or plants received damaged and we will try to resolve as quickly as possible.
We welcome collections from our site in Hartley, Kent but by prior appointment only. If you are interested in collecting plants in person, please contact us before placing your order to check stock availability and to avoid the postal and packaging charges.
We deliver to all destinations in the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands but including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man without any additional surcharges.
